I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information which pertains to allotments covered by your jurisdiction.

Please may you provide data on:

 - The number of allotment sites and individual plots which are provided by the council in your jurisdiction
 - The number of people currently on the council’s waiting list for an allotment plot
 - The average length of time, in months/weeks/days, someone is on the waiting list before a plot becomes available for them
 - The annual cost in fees/rental charges that a person pays to the council for one allotment plot

Please can you provide this information in one table on a spreadsheet, with the column headings as follows:

1. Moray Council 

2. Not  held. Moray Council does not manage any Allotment sites in Moray but is currently working with Elgin Allotments Association on developing a site at Pinefield which they will lease from us. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
