1. How many agency workers does cleansing/disposal have at the moment?

2. How long have these agency workers been employed by Moray Council?

3. What is the hourly rate paid by Moray Council to the agency for their workers?
4. Do the agency workers get paid overtime and what rate are they paid?

1. The number of agency workers in cleansing/disposal is less than 5. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
