FOI Request - Care-home Staff Salary Increase

On behalf of, and as instructed by our Client, we hereby request that we be provided with the following
information:
1. A breakdown of the salary increase to be paid to all staff employed at each care-home owned
or operated by the Council from April 2023 including:
a) each manager at each care home (if there is more than one manager please provide
these details);
b) each assistant manager at each care home (if there is more than one assistant manager
please provide these details);
c) each depute manager at each care home (if there is more than one depute manager
please provide these details);
d) care-assistants at each level at each care home (if there are differences in salaries of
each care-assistant then please provide these details); and
e) ancillary worker at each care home identified (if there are differences in salaries of each
ancillary worker then please provide these details).

1. Not held. There is only one Council-owned care home in Moray but it is run on Council's behalf by a third party.  Any salary information is the responsibility of the third party. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

The property is Birchview and the Provider is Cornerstone.  Property address is 16 Maisondieu Road, Elgin, IV30 1RX and Cornerstone office address is 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1HA.
