1. Please can you state the number of schools in the local authority that contain Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC)?

2. Can you state when an inspection was last carried out to identify which schools, if any, contain RAAC?

3. If there has not been an inspection, is there one planned?

4. If RAAC has been identified, please detail what steps have been taken to address the situation.

Response 14-04-2023

1. A review of Moray Council's properties' has established that based on the information we hold there are no buildings within the Council's ownership which contain autoclaved aerated concrete. Please also see this previous request. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.

2. The most recent review of our assets was undertaken this year with a small number of properties scheduled for intrusive inspection during April to confirm assumptions.
