FOI Request - Pupils Watching Inappropriate Content

1. I would like to know how many reports there have been from teachers finding pupils watching inappropriate content, such as violent videos and pornography, on mobile phones or other devices in classrooms and others school areas between January 2020 up until the end of February this year

If you can offer a breakdown of the number of reports for each year (Jan to Dec) and totals per primary and secondary school in the council area it would be much appreciated

1. Any instances would be recorded in individual pupil files. We would have to search through each file for this information. At 13900 pupils x 5 minutes per file x 5 years = 5792 hours, this task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request
