FOI Request - Summary of Work on Levelling Up Bid

I am looking for the following information as an FOI request.

1.  I would like a detailed summary of the work done by the Council on the bid to the UK Government's Levelling Up Fund for 18.29m.
2. I am looking for information on the substance of any and all support given to the Council in relation to this bid by Better Local Limited (also known as Local Recovery), as advertised on their website here: https://www.local-recovery.com/locations/moray
3. Specifically, I would like details of correspondence between Moray Council and Better Local Limited, as well as
4. details of any financial or in kind arrangement that the council has undertaken with Better Local Limited.
