We act on behalf of a claim for personal injury arising out of a fallen tree.   

We would be grateful if you could provide us with copies of the tree inspection system you have in place for inspecting the trees under your control.

The incident took place in January 2022.
This information is requested in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Not held. Moray Council does not have a formal inspection system.  Issues may be identified and dealt with by our operatives in the field or in response to reports received by members of the public.
