I wish to submit a freedom of information request to the council regarding its use of on-line software to manage public consultations and community engagement

Does the council use software or a system supplied by an external supplier in order to run and manage its online consultations and community engagement?

If yes,

1.  Who supplies the software and/or system?
2.   What is the annual contract charge (including any license fee)?
3.   When will the contract be reviewed?
4.  Will this contract be put out to tender?
5.  Where will the contract be advertised?
6.  Do you have a price threshold before going out to tender? 7.  Who is the officer currently managing the consultation and/or community engagement software or system?  (Please provide contact details and if possible include the email address and telephone number)
