Following your request for a review of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Request (FOI request) - Funding for LEAP Sports Scotland-  101003264565, a review meeting (our ref 101003264654) was held 17th March 2023. In attendance were Quality Improvement Officer, Solicitor Licensing and Regulatory, Information Governance Manager & DPO and Information Co-ordinator.

The Council’s performance with regards to your original FOI request received 05/12/2022 was discussed.

The requestor's name given on your initial request contained a single initial and last name. We asked for clarification on the full name of the requester on 06/12/2022. However, we have since confirmed that a single initial and last name is sufficient for logging Freedom of Information requests, and have updated our FOI staff training manual accordingly. Please accept our apologies for the resulting delay in the processing of your request.
