FOI Request - Environmental Impact Analysis for 5G Technology

I would like Freedom of Information from Moray Council to confirm if an Environmental Impact Analysis is in place for the roll out of 5G Technology, coupled with Health Impact Analysis?

I await your response with eagerness to assure me that all Health Analysis has taken place and been documented to reflect its safety for use, especially with the 5G masts being erected at a fast pace.
