FOI Request - Councillors Parking Tickets

All information in the last five years (since Jan 2018) on parking penalties incurred by councillors which were later rescinded or, for some reason, otherwise not paid.
This should include detail on multiple times this has happened for a named individual and the sums involved.

Not held. We do not record information such as job status on an excess charge notice.  Anyone issued with an excess charge notice is treated in the same manner and Councillors are not required to declare anything like this. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
