As at 20 February 2023, 16% of the children in foster care were in a placement with an independent agency.

3) As at 31 March 2022 there were 178 looked after children.
As at 20 February 2023 there were 182 looked after children.

4a) As at 31 March 2022 there were 11 children with purchased foster care.
As at 20 February 2023 there were 9 children with purchased foster care.

As at 20 Feb 2023, there were 47 children being accommodated with Moray Council foster care providers

6) As at 31 March 2022, there were 13 children in out of area placements and 6 children in purchased foster care making a total of 19 children.
As at 20 February 2023, there were 12 children in out of area residential placement and 7 children in purchased foster care making a total of 19 children.
