FOI Request - Pornography in School

I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation:

1. In the current academic year (2022-2023), in your local authorities secondary schools: the number of instances where:

a) a pupil was found to be in possession of pornography
b) pupils were found to be watching pornography   

2. In the academic year, 2021-2022: in your local authorities secondary schools: the number of instances where:

a) a pupil was found to be in possession of pornography
b) pupils were found to be watching pornography   

3. In the academic year, 2020-2021: in your local authorities secondary schools: the number of instances where:

a) a pupil was found to be in possession of pornography
b) pupils were found to be watching pornography   

4. In the academic year, 2019-2018: in your local authorities secondary schools: the number of instances where:

a) a pupil was found to be in possession of pornography
b) pupils were found to be watching pornography   

5. In the academic year, 2018-2019: in your local authorities secondary schools: the number of instances where:

a) a pupil was found to be in possession of pornography
b) pupils were found to be watching pornography

Any instances would be recorded in individual pupil files. We would have to search through each file for this information. At 13900 pupils x 5 minutes per file x 5 years = 5792 hours, this task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
