Under Freedom of Information legislation, I wish to request the following:
1. All information regarding the current financial value of the council pension of your chief executive.
This should include the name of the official and a record of all sums paid into the pension by the local authority and the individual in the last six years, for example since January 2017. There is no need to state the reason for any payment if it is routine, however anything other than a standard monthly or annual payment should be accompanied by the reason for it, i.e. a bonus or fee associated with being a local returning officer at an election.
If there has been more than one chief executive in six years, please split them and identify them separately to avoid confusion.

1. Moray Council do not administer the pension fund so do not hold any valuations on pension funds.
