FOI Request - Meetings and Briefings of the Council's Administration Group

Please could you provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act?

1) Dates of meetings held between 1 November 2022 and 10 February 2023, called for the purposes of briefing the Council's Administration Group (on any matter). Please detail the stated purpose of said meeting(s) and who was invited (elected members and officials).

2) Dates of meetings held between 1 November 2022 and 10 February 2023, called for the purposes of briefing the Council's Administration Group (on the subject of the Council's budget). Please detail the stated purpose of said meeting(s) and who was invited (elected members and officials).

3) The number of briefing documents prepared by members of the Council's Corporate Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of HR solely for the benefit of the Council's Administration Group between 1 November 2022 and 10 February 2023. These may take the form of any written document including e-mails.

4) The briefing documents identified in question (3), prepared by members of the Council's Corporate

This information is exempt from release under Section 30(c) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs. 

The meetings of the Council's Administration are not public meetings, and whilst papers are issued, these are classified as confidential. Committee Services do not attend these meetings and hold no details of who was in attendance at any given meeting.  

The public interest in withholding the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
