n terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all business (non-residential) property rates data for your local authority, including the following fields (where possible):

- New Property Relief
- Improved Property Relief
- Other Reliefs
- Net Rates Payable

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.

Moray Council publishes quarterly information on Non Domestic Rates on its website relating to accounts in credit. This can be found at webpage http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_108099.html

Included in these reports are ones showing the full database of accounts and those with relief. They are currently up to 31st December 2022. The next reports will be published early in April 2023. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
