FOI Request - Injuries at School

I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation:

For each of the past five academic years:
2018-2019
2019-2020
2020-2021
2021-2022
2022-2023

1. In your local authority, the number of ambulance calls to primary and secondary schools.

2. In your local authority, the number of primary or secondary pupils sent to hospital as a result of injuries sustained at school.

3. In your local authorities primary and secondary schools: The reported instances of violence between pupils.

4. The number of violent incidents at primary and secondary schools resulting in injury?

For all questions can I get a breakdown for each academic year.

1.- 4. As this information is held within individual pupil files we would  have to look in every pupil file to get this information. At 13900 pupils x 5 minutes per file x 5 years = 5792 hours, this task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
