I am writing to request the below information. Please consider this email as a Freedom of Information Request.

Please can you provide all information for the financial year 2020-21, 2021-2 and from the start of financial year 2022 to 31 December 2022, for the following:

1. Cars/Taxis/Chauffeur Council Response
a) List all expenses incurred by the Leader of the Council and other members of the Cabinet for Taxis?
b) List all expenses incurred by the Leader of the Council and other members of the Cabinet for chauffeur driven car journeys?
c) List all expenses incurred by director-level officials at the council for Taxis?

2. Flights  
a) List all expenses incurred by the Leader of the Council and other members of the Cabinet for flights?
b) List all expenses incurred by director-level officials at the council for flights?
c) First class rail tickets

3. List all expenses incurred by the Leader of the Council and other members of the Cabinet for first class rail tickets?
a) List all expenses incurred by director-level officials at the council for first class rail tickets?

1. Not held. No expenses claims have been made for this. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. Please note that taxis could have been paid via purchasing cards if they have one. 

2. Please note that all flights and rail travel is travel booked and paid for by the council and not expensed incurred/reimbursed by members or director level officials.
