I was specifically asking about the Moray Council street cleaning machine not any machine which may or may not be owned by BIDs or any other body.

Please could you revisit the FOI for the Moray Council owned street cleaning machine?

If Moray Council does not or has never owned a street cleaning machine please answer.

If the answer is No please explain why Moray Council does not own a street cleaning machine?
