1. All emails sent to and received by Moray Council's  Economic Growth & Development department about the Moray Growth Deal : from Nov 3 2022 to date (Feb 3, 2023).

1. Given that there are approximately around 2800 emails, to extract this detail would require at least 93.3hrs of staff time (calculated as 2 minutes per email) and this would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with your request.
