FOI Request - Additional Dwelling Supplement

Under FOISA, I would like to obtain information about the additional dwelling supplement the council has paid as part of its affordable housing supply programme.

For each financial years since 2016/17, please provide:
1. the amount of Additional Dwelling Supplement it has paid
2. the number of acquisitions it has it has made which have been subject to ADS in that year

The number should be provided for acquisitions that are second hand, i.e. off the market (including open market, or direct from the owner) and "off-the-shelf" i.e. those direct from developers but not where the transaction is part of a s75 agreement (I understand when that when purchasing new build affordable housing from developers where the requirement to provide a specified number of affordable housing units is part of the Section 75 planning agreement for the site, local authorities are exempt from ADS).
