Please provide the following information:
1. The total budgets for adult social care that the local authority had per year in the last six financial years (2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23)
In other words, a breakdown of the total money allocated for spending on adult social care per year in the last six financial years.
2. Also, please provide confirmation that each amount of allocated money was completely spent.
