FOI Request - Vegan Meals

I would like to request whether the council has any plans to introduce a vegan only diet to establishments under its control, this could mean the council itself or schools etc.? Specifically I would like to ask:
1) Whether such a plan exists?
2) Whether it has come into force and on what date it did/will come into force?
3) Which establishments does this policy effect?

1. Not held. There is no plan to have a vegan only diet. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

Note: We have a vegan menu for the pupils that are vegan however we are not looking at making all menus vegan.
