I am making an appeal for the FOI request referenced above. In point c, I had asked how much it costs the council for the tools mentioned per annum or upfront (in this case, Astech). This was not answered.
I would hope if the appeal is successful that question is answered. If any clarification is needed please let me know.

Following your request for a review, our ref 101003227755, a review meeting of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Request (FOI request) - Tools for Publishing Council Meetings - 101003204006 was held on 15th February 2023. In attendance were Democratic Services Manager, Solicitor Licensing and Regulatory, Information Governance Manager & DPO, and, Information Co-ordinator.
The Council’s response to your original FOI request received 19/12/2022 was discussed.
The response to Point C in your original request was discussed and the original exemption of Section 17, information not held, was upheld. The original question asked what organisations offer these tools and how much they cost, we confirm that this information is not held by the Council. However, this Point C was rephrased in the review request, so was also discussed, with the following response given: the information you requested in your review request can be found in the Moray Council’s contracts register. Therefore this information is exempt under Section 25 – Information Otherwise Accessible and available e.g. published on a website.
