FOI Request - Disabled Bay Parking Fines

I would like to know

1. how many parking fines have been issued to drivers who have illegally parked in a disabled bay over the past five years (between December 2017- December 2022).

2. If possible, I would also like to find out how many of the parking fines issued have been paid and how many have been appealed.

The information provided below relates to Excess Charge Notices issued for misuse of disabled bays in the Council's off-street car parks:

1. Between December 2017 and December 2022 there have been 153 Excess Charge Notices issued.

2. Of these 153 Excess Charge Notices, 81 have been paid and 54 have been appealed.
