Can I ask that you validate that the information provided is correct. The collection rates indicated do not correlate to the amounts collectible or collected. I also note that the amount uncollected seems incorrect based on the other figures provided.

Following your request for a review, our ref 101003224855, a review meeting of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Request (FOI request) - Non-Domestic Service - 101003202772 was held on 15th February 2023. In attendance were Taxation Manager, Solicitor Licensing and Regulatory, Information Governance Manager & DPO, and, Information Co-ordinator.

The Council’s response to your original FOI request received 16/12/2022 was discussed.

The figures provided in our original response were published 24/01/2023. On receipt of your review request on 24/01/23 our response was reviewed and updated figures were published on 31/01/23. The incorrect figures initially given were due to human error, please accept our apologies for this.
