1. The total number of WTE frontline social care staff working for the local authority at the end of each of the last five financial years (2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22. 2022/23).

In other words, the total number of social care staff working for the authority at the end of each financial year.

By frontline social care staff I mean those who physically deliver social care to adults – not management/administration roles.

2. The total number of WTE frontline social care staff vacancies the local authority currently has. Please include the number of days/months each individual post has been open.
