I am writing to enquire about the costs incurred by Moray Council is applying for the funding.
1. Can you tell me how much money was spent on the application, and
2. whether this money will be refunded by the UK Government due to the application being rejected?

1. Approximately £325,000 was spent by the Council on design work related to the projects included within the bid, with £125,000 of this funded through capacity funding from the UK Government.
