I would like to ask the following questions:

1. In the most recent quarter where data is available, how many whole time equivalent vacancies where there in council-owned elderly care homes in this council? Please also provide this for the previous four quarters, and the previous four years for the same quarter. E.g Quarters ending September 2022, June 2022, March 2022, September 2021, but also quarters September 2018, September 2019 etc.

2. As of the most recent quarter, what is the longest period a vacancy has remained unfilled? Please provide this in days.

1. & 2. Not held. There are no council- owned care homes for the elderly in Moray. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
