FOI Request - Streaming Services

I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation:

1. In the financial year 2022-23, in your local authorities primary and secondary schools how much was spent on the subscriptions of streaming services (Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV Plus, Amazon Prime) and the purchases of DVDs?  

2. In the financial year 2021-22, in your local authorities primary and secondary schools how much was spent on the subscriptions of streaming services (Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV Plus, Amazon Prime) and the purchases of DVDs?

Not held. Access to these streaming services is not permitted on the Council's ICT network. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. In order to establish the spend on DVDs, schools would have to look through every invoice. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
