1. In the current academic year (2022-2023) In each of your Primary and Secondary schools were swimming lessons offered to all primary and secondary pupils (up to S3) free of charge?

If there is deviation between schools could this information be provided?

If a fee for swimming lessons has been charged to pupils – what was this fee?

2. In the academic year 2021- 2022, In each of your Primary and Secondary schools were swimming lessons offered to all primary and secondary pupils (up to S3) free of charge?

If there is deviation between schools could this information be provided?

If a fee for swimming lessons was charged to pupils – what was this fee?

3. In the academic year 2019- 2020, In each of your Primary and Secondary schools were swimming lessons offered to all primary and secondary pupils (up to S3) free of charge?

Not held. Moray Council does not provide swimming lessons as part of the curriculum. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
