Please provide me with details of
1. how many hours of Community Payback Orders (CPOs) have been carried out within the council area in each of the last two financial years and so far this financial year.  
a) Please break the figures down to show what offences these CPOs were carried out in relation to, i.e. how many CPOs given to individuals convicted of theft, arson, rape etc.
b) Please also break the figures down to show the proportion of the total hours carried out as part of CPOs by the tasks undertaken, i.e. 140 hours of the total time carried out under CPOs was spent picking up litter etc.
c) Please also provide details of how many individuals carried out the hours of CPO activities given in each year.

2. What activities have been carried out as part of CPOs handed out in relation to the offence of rape and attempted rape in each of the last two financial years and so far this financial year. Please provide what details you can on these activities, i.e. litter picking, decorating etc.

3. Please provide what details you can to show how many hours of 'rehabilitation' measures or non-work elements that have been undertaken as part of these CPOs by offenders in each of the last two financial years and so far this financial year.
a) Please break the figures down to show the types of rehabilitation measures or non-work elements offered, i.e. what activities offenders undertook as part of rehabilitation measures or non-work elements.
b) Please also provide details of how many individuals undertook these activities in each year.
c) If possible, please also provide details of what types of offences individuals who undertook these rehabilitation measures or non-work elements had been convicted of.

4. What 'rehabilitation' measures or non-work elements have been carried out as part of CPOs handed out in relation to the offence of rape and attempted rape in each of the last two financial years and so far this financial year.
a) Please provide what details you can on what 'rehabilitation' measures or non-work elements were carried out by these offenders.

5. Of the Community Payback Orders issued by a judge, how many hours’ worth of unpaid work were outstanding in each of the last two financial years and so far this financial year?

Additional clarification received 18-01-2023:

My reference to “outstanding work hours” refers to work hours not yet completed for CPOs where the deadline has passed.

Additionally, my reference to hours worked refers to what the figure stood at as of March 31 for the last 2 full financial years, and January 17 2023 for current financial year.
