FOI Request - Dog Walkers

I am looking at collating information from all Scottish Local Authorities regarding dog walkers and the legislation surrounding them within each Council area.  Therefore, can you please provide me with the following information:

1. The number of the licenced dog walkers there are within The Moray Council area and;
2. Provide the data on reports of out of control dogs in The Moray Council area over the last 10 years.

1. Not held. We do not have a licence for the activity of walking dogs. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
