Recovery of school meal prepayment

Anyone who has credit in their iPay school meals account needs to apply for the return on these funds on cessation of the account; the funds are not automatically returned to the user. I'd like to know
1. the value of these funds - money that was not recovered by the person who paid it - over the last three years please.

1. The information requested is not held in the format requested as the system is a live system, so we were unable to break the figures down into years. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. 

For your information please see below figures that are on both systems. 

Please be aware that this will be money on accounts since the system was in place approximately 19 years for secondary and approximately 5 years for Primary.

Secondary = £19538.46

Primary = £990.75 in Primary (any funds on a P7 account gets transferred to the Secondary account).
