FOI Request - Deaf Charities

I am writing to request information on the deaf charities operating in your council. I am conducting research on the experiences and needs of the deaf community in Scotland, and I believe that the charities serving this community have valuable insights to share.

In particular, I am interested in obtaining information on the services and programs provided by these charities, as well as any data or statistics on the impact of these services. I would also like to conduct surveys with the members of these charities to gather their personal experiences and perspectives.

Not held. North East Sensory Service (NESS) is a charity based in Aberdeen but with an office in Elgin. They are a charity and have a social work contract for deaf people in Moray so we would advise to contact them directly. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
