FOI Request - Correspondence Lord Lieutenant Moray with HRFCA

1. Please send all correspondence to and from the Moray Lord Lieutenant and HRFCA for the year 2022 (1st January 2022 to this date).  This includes emails, messengers, letters, text messages and any other communication form.  

2. Please also provide a list of all phone calls from the Lord Lieutenant to HRFCA contacts, even if made from personal phones, which relates to business of HRFCA which Seymour Monro was connected to in his official capacity.

This request includes a search of all deleted items, servers and information which may be held by virtue of other requests via legislative processes.

As Lord Lieutenants are not included in the list of public bodies within Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information (Scotland)  Act 2002, they are not subject to FOI rules.  Accordingly, we are unable to provide you with a response to your request.
