I would be obliged if the information below could be reviewed please.  Buckie High was closed in 2022 and that does not feature in the return.

Please can the information all be checked and then returned as per the legislation.

Following your request for a review, our ref 101003216352, a review meeting of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Request (FOI request) - School Closures - 101003196519 was held on 27th January 2023. In attendance were Solicitor Licensing and Regulatory, Information Governance Manager & DPO and Information Co-ordinator.

The Council’s response to your original FOI request received 07/12/2022 was discussed.

Upon your review request, the department have sent an updated spreadsheet that has since been published. Please accept our apologies for the omission of one unexpected closure of Buckie High School on 07/11/2022 due to heating problems. This closure had not been updated on the central school closure spreadsheet held in HQ.
