FOI Request - Warm Banks

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2008. I would like to request the following information:

1. An up-to-date list, including addresses, of all ‘warm banks’ which are run by Moray Council
2. An up-to-date list, including addresses, of all ‘warm banks’ that Moray Council holds information on

By ‘warm bank’ I am referring to a public venue that anyone can visit if they are struggling to heat their home.

Response 02-02-2023

1. Information not held. Council 'warm banks' don't exist as such (with additional provision other than a warm space), however during the cold weather we advertised a 'warm welcome' at out community centres and libraries on a cost of living Hub (website): http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_144747.html

2. Not held. No information currently held on community based/third party 'warm banks'; therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
