Please provide the following information:
1. How many bonuses were given out to staff during the 2022 calendar year? Please include the monetary value of the bonus and also the format of the bonus (i.e. was it a gift card, voucher, cash bonus)
2. Any redundancy payments made to employees leaving in 2022. If any were made, please provide information on the total amount of each payment

1. Not held. No cash bonuses are paid to employees. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

2. The number of redundancy payments to employees leaving in 2022 is less than five. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information. As a sum the value of redundancy payments is £148.
