Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 I am requesting the following information;

1. What tools are used to publish;
   a) Council meetings, agendas, and minutes
   b) Councillors’ register of interests
   c) What organisation(/s) offer these tools and how much they cost per annum or upfront (whatever is appropriate)
   d) When the system(/s) that publish the council meetings, agendas, and minutes as well as councillors’ register of interest last website layout or design was significantly changed
