I am currently researching the issue of yodal alarm volume complaints for Level crossings across the UK - their prevalence and the impact handling these complaints has on both Local Council and Network Rail resources.

I am wondering if you might be able to provide me with information on:
1. the general number of nuisance complaints received from local residents relating to Level Crossing yodal alarm volume
2. the number of local council requests made to Network Rail for adjustments to be made to Audible Warning Control units on Level Crossings
