1) The total number of people with Moray Council Council Tax Debt that is with Scott and Co for debt collection, and the percentages of people in the following categories whose Council Tax Debt has been referred to Scott and Co:

a) in receipt of Universal Credit
b) in receipt of Disability Benefits
c) over 65
d) with alcohol and drug problems
e) with learning difficulties
f) non neurotypical dysfunction such AS  ADHD, Autism, etc.
g) classed as VULNERABLE
h) people on low income  

2) The number and the percentage of people owing Council Tax that are -

a) in receipt of Universal Credit
b) in receipt of Disability Benefits
c) over 65
d) with alcohol and drug problems
e) with learning difficulties
f) non- neurotypical dysfunction such AS  ADHD, Autism, etc.
