1. The response to your request can be found here.

2. Please see spreadsheet for figures

3. -5. Not held. We cannot provide this information as the Local Authority's recording system does not record option 4 in its own right, we record each of the options chosen and the values of these individually.  We want to know which options an individual has chosen and the budget attached to each option, knowing if they have chosen more than one option it is by default an option 4.  The values for option 4 would be shown within the option 1-3 breakdown. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

6. Not held. We do not record this separately as the payment is still made as per answers to question 2.  In line with the Social Care (Self-Directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013 we permit the employment of family members in line with the statutory guidance.  Where family members are permitted they are employed as a Personal Assistant, and as such paid through a payroll company for the hours of support they deliver on the package, this may or may not be all of the allocated budget for the supported person.  Only the supported person's payroll provider would be able to provide this breakdown, we are only able to provide the value of the Direct Payment and not a smaller breakdown of the budget. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
