1. How many council-run sports centres and how many council-run swimming pools (if they are not already included in sports centres) have been shut down since 2017. Please provide a breakdown by year.
2. How many new council-run sports centres and how many new council-run swimming pools (if they are not already included in sports centres) have opened up since 2017. Please provide a breakdown by year.
