1. We can confirm that a report from this consultant is held by the Council. However, this information is exempt, under Section 27(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, as this information is expected to be published within the next 12 weeks.  Due to the commercially sensitivity information within the report it is not believed to be in the Public Interest to publish this information prematurely.
