1. The number of short-term let accommodations (as listed by the Scottish Government:  
https://www.mygov.scot/short-term-let-licences/accommodation-needing-short-term-let-licences) that currently operate in the local authority.
2. The number short-term let accommodations that have applied for a short-term let licence to the local authority.

1. Information not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. In order to be helpful, we can confirm that we are working from Scottish Government estimates as to possible licence numbers of approximately 600, but we have no means of knowing overall numbers. In addition, any number now is unlikely to be the same as the number in the future, as some operators may choose to cease trading.
