FOI Request - Care Package Complaints and Wait

Under FOI I would please like to request the following:

1. The number of complaints received regarding care packages issued by the council since 2007. Please provide a breakdown by fiscal year.
2. The longest time someone has had to wait to receive a care package issued by the council.

1. Our system only dates back to 2017, therefore information for the previous years are not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
