FOI Request - Licensed Cat and Rabbit Breeding Facilities

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to request the following information:

1. The number of cat breeding licenses Moray Council has issued since the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 came into effect.
2. The number of rabbit breeding licenses Moray Council has issued since the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 came into effect.
