FOI Request - Childcare Provider Invoices

I would like to request the following information: 

1. I would like to know the required format for an invoice sent by a childcare provider to a parent. Please let me know how the following information should be displayed: government funding, voluntary contributions, extras and meals.

1. Information not held. The department has informed me that the format of invoices is up to the individual childcare supplier. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
