FOI Request - Document Query

For an assignment, I wish to reference one of the pdf files on the Forest Research website which I believe could be from Moray Council.

However, I cannot seem to find any suitable details on the document in order to do so (author, publisher, etc). The document is simply titled "Area Profile" and the file name is MORAY_HQ_1-#536895-v4-SOA_area_profile_combined_strategic_assessments_12_Dec_2008 _2_.DOC It appears to be Appendix 1.

This is deemed to a summary appendix that pulled together the analysis from each of the Strategic Assessment themes of Greener, Healthier, Safer & Stronger and Smarter undertaken around 2008 that informed the then Single Outcome Agreement, which was what the Community Plan was called at that time. Unfortunately, the links have long since expired from 'Your Moray' website and these would have been saved on a document management system that no longer exists. Therefore this information falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

However, please see the following link for a more updated equivalent - http://www.yourmoray.org.uk/ym_standard/Page_111096.html -  research informing the priorities for the Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) what the Community Plan is called now and was undertaken in 2016/17 using mainly Census 2011 data to profile communities across Moray and links to documents are in place.  We are awaiting the publication of Census 2022 in order to refresh.
